Coghlin Precision has proudly supplied the greater New England area and other areas of the U.S. with its precision machining services since 1962. Operating out of Worcester, MA, Coghlin Precision takes advantage of its state of the art facility to produce machine parts to exact specifications, using a variety of materials.

Precision Machining Applications:

Coghlin Precision is proficient in working with an array of composites and metals, including preferred metals such as Titanium. As a result of working with high quality materials and modern technology, we are qualified to produce parts for intricate systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronics. Coghlin Precision uses the CNC (computer numerical control) device to produce parts that meet precise dimensions and requirements. With the use of this technology, we are able to create nearly any system configuration and also provide R&D prototyping services. In order to meet customer satisfaction, Coghlin Precision services also include finished production of parts as well as assemblies. Our full service offering provides any coatings or finishes our customers require including painting, anodizing, marking, and heat treating.

Machining Services:

Coghlin Precision’s Massachusetts facility houses an assortment of both milling and turning equipment, as well as ID and OD grinding, to produce machine parts to meet precise requirements. With the use of milling machines and lathes for turning operations, Coghlin Precision is able to produce an assortment of shapes of metals and other solid materials. Turning equipment is useful to create more simplistic shapes whereas milling machines can create complex tool paths and designs. Furthermore, Coghlin Precision’s facility has a collection of measuring devices, and is ISO 9001:2000 registered.
